For Offsite support (remote support or work carried out in our repair centre) we charge a flat rate of £25 plus vat per each half hour, up to a MAXIMUM of £75 plus vat (1.5hrs) per job, plus parts obviously.
Onsite support (where we visit your premesis) is charged at the same flat fee of £80 plus vat for the 1st hour plus a further £25 plus vat for each half hour thereafter. There is no maximum charge for Onsite support, so we would often recommend lengthy repairs (general clean-up of Virus and malware etc) be carried out at our repair centre - a collect and return service typically costs £130 including all labour (based on 2 hours support).
